摘要 科学、合理的培训模式是提高农村中学校长培训质量和效益的重要保证。而农村中学校长培训模式的核心在于教学模式改革。农村中学校长培训教学模式的确定,既要考虑不同层次的培训目的,以及农村中学校长的培训需求,也要以科学的理论为基础,突出重点,体现多元化和针对性,以求取得实质的效果。 Scientific and reasonable training models are an important warrant for increasing the quality and effectiveness of the training of rural middle school headmasters, and the core of reforming the training models for rural middle school headmasters lies in the reform of teaching models. The determination of the training models for rural middle school headmasters requires not only the consideration of multi-level objectives of training and rural middle school headmasters' needs for training, but also the basis of scientific theories, the emphasis of priorities and the embodiment of diversification and adaptation, so as to obtain substantial effects.
