摘要
为适应不断变化的经济和社会发展的需求,德国职业教育始终以终身化原则为导向,其主要体现在职前和职后教育中所实行的相关政策和措施上,并以此构建了一个以人的职业发展为前提的终身职业继续教育体系。
To meet the needs of changing social and economic development the German vocational education takes the lifelong learning principle as guidance, which is reflected not only in prevocational but also postvocational education. This leads to a lifelong vocational education system with the premise of human vocational development.
