高校网络文化是弘扬先进文化的主要阵地,是开展信息交流的重要平台。校园网络的发展与普及,改变着大学生的学习方式、生活方式和交往方式,由此形成的网络文化影响了他们的思维方式、价值观念和精神世界。因此,在信息化建设过程中,我们应充分认识加强网络文化管理的重要性,采取一系列有效措施,促使其健康发展,为构造和谐高校校园服务。

The university network culture is the major position in which the advanced culture is carried forward and the information is exchanged. With the development and popularization of the internet in the university, college students have changed in their method of study, life style and means of communication. Moreover, the thus formed network culture influences their thinking patterns, values and inner world. Therefore, we should fully understand the importance of strengthening the management of network culture, and meanwhile a series of forceful measures should be taken to promote its healthy development in order to construct a harmonious campus.
