摘要
二手房虚假买卖合同登记是我国目前二手房买卖中普遍存在的严重损害国家税收利益的行为。本文以《物权法》为准则,对该行为的违法性、危害性进行分析,并结合该行为得逞的条件和打击该行为的客观困难,提出加强《物权法》实施的地方立法等防范二手房虚假登记的建议。
The registration of false Secondhand universally in china and does great harm to the national house business contract is the bahavior that exists tax benefits.In this passage, Properity Law as a rule, I analyze the violation law of this behavior and the harm of this behavior, and give some advice on how to keep lookout the registration of false Secondhand housebusiness contract, such as impoving regional legislation on Properity law, according to the conditions of the realization of this behavior and the difficulty in striking the behavior.
