It is the topic of the majority universities which studies that using the network information technology and the modernized education method had implemented education resources sharing and the management automation. The paper presents that using campus network implemented teaching management automation, the rational allocation of resources for education and planning, academic achievement in all business functions of network management, enhance the university＇s comprehensive competitiveness.
