摘要
利用GMA切片技术对多胚水稻品系APⅣ反足细胞的研究表明,APⅣ反足细胞在数目、形态、位置、分裂方式、分化的方向和功能等都存在多样性。
The antipodal cells in polyembryonic rice strain APⅣ were studied by using the technology of GMA serial sections. The diversity of antipodal cells was detected in number, shape, position, way of dividing, direction of differentiation and function. It suggested that the development of antipodal cells was complicated in embryo sac.
