摘要
1日龄粤黄鸡62只,随机分为4组,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组牛磺酸的添加量依次为:0,0.05%,0.15%,0.45%,试验期98d。试验结果表明:第Ⅳ组鸡只性腺发育明显快于第Ⅰ组(对照组);第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组公鸡血浆睾酮(T)浓度高于第Ⅰ组,其中第Ⅳ组公鸡血浆T浓度极显著高于第Ⅰ组(P<0.01);第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组母鸡雌二醇(E2)浓度高于第Ⅰ组,其中第Ⅳ组与第Ⅰ组比较差异显著(P<0.05);第Ⅳ组血浆黄体生成素(LH)浓度显著高于第Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。
Sixty two day-old Yuehuang broilers were randomly divided into four groups and taurine was added at doses of 0, 0.05%, 0.15% and 0.45% respectively. In the 98-day trial, the histolo ̄gy and the endocrine secretion of gonads were investigated, The results showed that: the gonads in Group IV grew significantly quicker than those in Group 1, the plasma testosterone (T)concentrations of the broilers in Group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those in Group Ⅰ;Compared with Group I, the plasma estradiol (E 2) concentrations of the females in Group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased significantly and the plasma luteinizing hormone(LH) content in Group Ⅳ had notable increase. It was suggested that taurine had a promotive effect on the development and the endocrine function of the gonads of Yuehuang broilers.
