摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,成功制备出不同浓度的银-二氧化硅复合颗粒.采用透射电.子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、紫外可见近红外光谱仪对其形貌、结构及光学吸收特性进行了表征和分析.结果表明,纳米银粒子(15-20nin)具有良好的面心立方结构,且均匀分散于二氧化硅颗粒表面.银粒子等离子共振吸收峰位于410nin,吸收强度随银粒子浓度增加而加强. The sliver-silica composite grains with different concentrations were prepared by sol-gel technology. The feature, structure, and optical absorption properties of silver nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and ultraviolet visible near infrared (UV-Vis-NIR) absorption spectrometer. The results indicate that the silver nanoparticles (15-20 nm) have face-centered cubic crystal structure and are homogenously distributed on the surface of silica. It was found that the peak of plasma resonant absorption locates at about 410 nm for silver nanoparticles, and the intensity of absorption increases with that of the silver concentration.
