Traditional industrial civilizations have created prosperity of market economy, but also bring the negative impact of environmental deterioration. Simply relying on non-renewable energy development system has entered siege, and the development and use of renewable energy has been of particular importance in the world. In this background, this article makes a research on a large number of promoting measures of many countries, and points out that policies and regulations are the most effective means. China＇s renewable energy law has its own characteristics, yet it can learn from other countries to improve its policies and regulations and optimize its legal system.
