当飞利肝宁配合中草药治疗脂肪肝疗效观察

Clinical observation of combination of Danfei Liganning capsules with Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of fatty liver

目的观察和评价当飞利肝宁配合中草药对脂肪肝患者的治疗效果和安全性。方法将合格受试者95例随机分为治疗组55例,对照组40例,治疗组给予当飞利肝宁1g,每天3次,配合中草药;对照组给予非诺贝特片,垂盆草冲剂(无糖)。疗程为6月。每例患者的体重、血脂、肝功能、肝脏B超或肝脏CT于治疗前后及治疗3、6月各检查1次,血尿粪常规及肾功能治疗前后各检查1次。结果两组体重、肝功能、血脂、肝脏B超或CT分度,治疗后与治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清甘油三脂(TG)值下降程度及肝脏B超分度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。综合疗效:治疗组治愈率30.9%,好转率67.2%,总有效率96.3%。结论当飞利肝宁配合中草药能显著改善脂肪肝患者的体重,降低血脂,改善肝功能,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of combination therapy of Danfei Liganning capsules with Chinese traditional medicine in fatty liver. Methods Ninety-five patients with fatty liver were randomized into therapy group and control group. Fifty-five patients in therapy group were given with Danfei Liganning capsules at 1 g/time, 3 times/d and Chinese traditional medicine; 40 patients in control group were given with FenofibrateTablets and chuipencao. All patients were treated for 6 months. Weight, blood lipid, liver function, B-ultrasonic or CT scaning were performed for all patients at entrance and 3, 6 month of observation. Routine test of blood, urine and feces, renal function were tested before and at the end of this observation. Results Compared to the examination of the patients before the therapy, the patients in 2 groups improved significantly in weight, liver function, blood lipid, liver grade（P 〈 0.05）. Decline of serum triglycerides and improvement in the state of fatty liver as revealed by B-mode uhrasonography or CT scanning in patients in therapy group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The cure rate, improvement rate and total effective rate in therapy group were 30.9% , 67.2% and 96.3% respectively. Conclusion Danfei Liganning capsules combined with Chinese traditional medicine may decrease weigh and blood lipid, improve liver function for patients with fatty liver. Moreover, it has no any obviously side effect.
