高效液相色谱法测定归芍六君丸中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Guishaoliujun Pill by HPLC

目的建立归芍六君丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱(150m m×4.6m m,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长230nm,流速1.0m L/m in。结果芍药苷进样量在30.51～305.12ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.0000(n=7),平均加样回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.1%(n=6)。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,适合于归芍六君丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paecniflorin in Guishaoliujun Pill. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Sunfire C18 column（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm）with acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid（15 ： 85）as the mobile phase, the detective wavelength was at 230 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Paeoniflorin at the concentrations of 30.51-305.12 ng showed good linearity（ r = 1. 000 0）, the average recovery rate was 100. 1%, RSD was 0. 1% （ n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Guishaoliujun Pill.
