摘要
目的筛选乌蕨中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,考察乙醇浓度、溶剂倍数、提取时间对总黄酮提取率的影响。采用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,并与水煎法、乙醇温浸法比较。结果乌蕨的乙醇回流提取法效果最好。结论乌蕨中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为加15倍量65%的乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1h。
Objective To study the optimum condition of extraction technology for general flavonoids(GF) in Stenoloma chusanum(L. ) Ching. Methods The influences of the alcohol concentration, solvent quantity and extraction time on the extraction rate of GF were investigated. The optimized condition was determined by orthogonal design. UV- spectrophotometry was used for determination. The alcohol reflux method was compared with the decoction or alcohol warm- infusion process. Results The alcohol reflux was the best method. Conclusion The best extraction condition of total flavones contents from Stenoloma chusanum(L. )Ching is as follows: adding 15 times volume of 65% alcohol, reflux extracting for 1.0 h and extracting twice.
