布洛芬致不良反应80例文献分析

Literature Analysis on 80 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Ibuprofen

目的探讨布洛芬所致不良反应的临床特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集1995—2005年国内医药期刊报道的80例布洛芬不良反应,并进行统计分析。结果布洛芬不良反应与用药剂量、疗程及合并用药等因素有关,临床表现以变态反应为主(占36.25%),严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论应重视布洛芬的不良反应,严格按照药品说明书合理用药。

Objective To study the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） caused by ibuprofen,to provide the gist for clinical therapy. Methods The ADRs caused by ibuprofen 80 reported in domestic medical journals from 1995-2005, were collected and ana- lyzed. Results The ADRs caused by ibuprofen were related to dose, course of treatment. The clinical manifestation of ADRs were varying,of which the allergies were the commonest one including allergic shock. Conclusion It is important that to pay much attention to the ADRs caused by ibuprofen, and to take precautions against the ADRs, rational use of this preparation should strictly be in accordance with thespecification.
