冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白与血管内皮损伤的关系 被引量:2

Changes of Serum C-Reactive Protein and Its Relation to Endothelial Injury in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清C反应蛋白与血管内皮损伤的关系。方法:以43例冠心病患者为研究对象,以17例其他心脏病患者和28例健康体检者为对照组,测定外周血循环内皮细胞数量及血清CRP水平。结果:冠心病患者组CEC数量[(7.2±3.1/0.9μl]和CRP水平[(4.63±1.88)mg/L]明显高于其他心脏病组和健康对照组(P<0.01)。冠心病患者CEC数量和CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.621)。结论:冠心病患者的血管内皮损伤可能与CEC及CRP有关,二者的协同作用可能在动脉粥样硬化的发病机制中发挥重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the changes of the levels of C-reactive protein and its relation to the endothelial injury in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods :The number of circulating endothelial ceils (CEC) were measured in 43 pateints with coronary heart disease, and also in the control groups of 17 patients with other heart disease and 28 normal subjects,meanwhile the level of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) were detected with rate scatter neph- elometry in three groups. Results:The number of CEC and level of CRP were significantly highter in the patients with coronary heart disease[(7.2±3. 1/0.9)μl ,(6. 41±2.12) mg/L,respectively] than in the patients with other heart disease [(3.9±2. 1/0.9) μl, (3.11± 1.18) mg/L,respectively](P〈0.01) and the healthy control subjects[(3.6±2.0/ 0. 9) μl, (2.31±1.26) mg/L,respectively] (P〈0.01). The number of CEC was positively correlated with CRP in patients with coronary heart disease (P〈0.01). Conclusions :CEC and CRP may be involved in endothelial dysfunction of coronary heart disease,the close correlation between CEC and CRP may contributes to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
