摘要
软件产业是基础性和战略性产业,对国民经济和社会发展有重要作用。我国提出自主创新发展战略,为软件产业发展提供了机遇。大连市软件产业发展有一定基础和优势,但与发达地区相比还有很大差距。在分析大连软件产业发展现状基础上,对大连软件产业进行了评价,提出了在自主创新战略引领下大连市今后软件产业发展思路、战略和布局。
Software industry plays role in state economic and social development for its characterization of strategy and base, Governmental development plan provides the favorable environment for software industry. I investigated current development situation on software industry in Dalian, and evaluated them, I obtain the train, strategy and layout of Dalian software industry development.
