定向运动作为一项新型的体育运动项目,以其独特的魅力、先进的教育理念,深受大学生的喜爱。它不仅能培养学生的终身体育意识,增强学生的体质,丰富学生的课余生活,缓解学习和就业压力,而且对学生的身心健康有积极的促进作用,能有效地贯彻和落实"健康第一"的指导思想。
The orientational motion, a newly-developing sport item, is quite popular with university students owing to its unique charms and advanced educational concepts. It functions not only to cultivate students'consciousness of lifetime exercises, strengthen the student's physical endowment, but also enrich their extracurricular activities and relieve their pressures from studies and work. Above all, it promotes their physical and mental health and implements the guide-line of “health places first” thoroughly and efficiently.
