鸡传染性眼炎致病性奇异变形杆菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 从江苏、安徽、山东等地67例患鸡传染性眼炎病例中分离到13株细菌分离物。经培养特性、形态学观察、生化试验鉴定,13株细菌分离物均属于奇异变形杆菌。该细菌在湿润的营养琼脂表面呈迁徙生长,在鲜血琼脂上不溶血,在麦康凯琼脂上生长良好,形成单个菌落。人工感染SPF雏鸡可导致发病死亡,并且能从肝脏和上呼吸道分离到相应的细菌,表明分离的奇异变形杆菌具有一定的致病力,它在鸡传染性眼炎中是不可忽视的病原菌之一。 Thirteen strains of bacteria were isolated from sixty - seven cases of infectious ophthalmia of fowl from Jiangsu, Anhuei and Shandong province. According to the characterization of culture .morphological distinguishing and biochemical test, the results demonstrated that thirteen isolates of becteria were proteus milabilis. The bacteria were migratory growth on the moist nutrient agar.no hemocytolytic circle on the blood agar and could form single colony on MacConKeyagar. The bacteria were pathogenic and could cause the SPF chicken to death. From these dead SPF chicken,the same bacteria were isolated from the liver and upper respirtory tract. It was one of the important germ of infectious ophthalmia of fowl.
