摘要
目的:探讨眼前段结构紊乱的小切口人工晶状体植入手术方法及疗效。方法:不同部位巩膜隧道小切口,松解虹膜黏连、切开瞳孔区机化膜、异物取出、白内障摘除、前后房及瞳孔成形、后囊膜破裂或混浊的处理,人工晶状体植入。远期随访。结果:术后视力≥0.3者38只眼,≤0.2者14只眼;人工晶状体正位39只眼,略偏中心11只眼,半脱位2只眼;瞳孔复圆或近圆形43只眼;全部病例有炎性反应,无严重远期并发症。结论:小切口下重建眼前段结构,利用机化膜支撑人工晶状体或囊袋内植入,可保持人工晶状体稳固,恢复较好视力。
Objective:To explore the methods and effects of intraocular lens (IOL) Implantation via small - incision in the eyes with structural disturbance in the anterior segment. Methods: Scleral tunnel small - incision through different position, anterior synechialysis , papillary membranectomy, the removal of foreign bodies, the extraction of cataract , anterior chamber plasty, pupillo- plasty , the treatment of posterior capsular rupture and opacification, IOL implantation and long term following - up. Results: The postoperative visual acuity of 38 eyes was above 0.3, another 14 eyes were below 0.2. The IOL of 39 eyes were centralized correctly, deviated in 11 eyes and subluxated in 2 eyes, the pupils were round or near round in 43 dyes. All patients had postoperative inflammation, but did not have severe long - term complications. Conclusions: Reconstruction of anterior segment via small - incision, IOL implantation with the support of fibromembrane or intravascular implantation can keep IOL stable, the patients will have better visual acuity.
