高龄胆道疾病177例围手术期护理情况分析

Analysis of Nursing Care in Perioperative Period of 177 Senile Patients with Biliary Tract Disease

目的:回顾性分析高龄胆道疾病围手术期护理情况,评价术后疗效。方法:对177例70岁以上老年胆道手术患者临床资料进行了分析,围手术期护理包括术前心理护理及原发病、合并疾病的病情观察及护理,术后重要系统器官功能监测及护理,营养支持及并发症的防治和护理。结果:177例患者中治愈166例;好转5例,因内科并发症转科治疗7例,死亡2例。术后并发症36例。结论:加强高龄胆道手术患者围手术期护理,可减少手术的危险及并发症,提高手术成功率。

Objective：To retrospectively analyse nursing care in perioperative period of senile patients with Billary tract disease and assess the postoperation effect. Methods：To analyse the clinical data of 177 senile patients over 70 year with Biliary tract disease. nursing care in perioperative include perioperative physiology, nursing ,observation and nursing of primiary diseases and complication , detection and nursing of function of important system in postoperation , nutrition supporting , curing and nursing of complication. Resuits： 166 cases were cured , 5 cases were improved , 7 cases were transfer to other department because of complication ,2 were died, 36 cases had postoperatiov complication. Conclusions： Emphasizing the nursing care in perioperative period of senile patients with Biliary tract disease can reduce the danger and complication of operation and improve the curing rates.
