我国国防工业经过了20年的改革实践,我们认为股份制应成为国防科技工业公有制的主要形式。《国防科技工业产业政策纲要》是党中央结合我国社会主义市场实践,所形成的一个关于我国国防工业产业发展的纲领性文件。当前,中央有关部门提出对国防科技工业分三类情况实施股份化,这标志着我国国防科技工业实施股份化的改革进入实际操作阶段。

Chinese defence industry has gone through 20 years, the shareholding system should become the important style of the defence technology industry. According to Socialist Market Economic System, defense industry should make a long step towards shareholding system. Chinese ＂Industrial Policies Outline of Defense Industry＂, related party central of Hu Jintao as general president to new practice of our socialist market economy, is a leading document of our defense industry development. At present, certain department of Party Central executes shareholding system according to the three types. This is the practical period of our shareholding system reform of defense industry.
