摘要
通过对发达国家军事交通运输法律体系的构建模式及其优缺点的分析对比,指出了我国目前军事交通运输法律体系的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了构建和完善我国军事交通运输法律体系的设想和建议,对提高我国的军事交通运输保障能力具有一定的现实意义。
Through analyzing the difference, and the merits and demerits between the legislation patterns of the law systems on the military transportation of developed nations and our country, current problems and the present situation of the law system on the military transportation of our country are dealt with in the paper, with some conceptions and suggestions on establishing and perfecting the law system on the military transportation of our country put forward, which is of certain real importance for the improvement of the capability of military transportation of our country.
