Study of Communication of Project Team-From the View of Project Life Circle

项目团队的显著特点是临时性,受内外环境干扰较大,同时,项目团队成员具有不确定性,造成沟通信息失真与沟通不畅,成为影响项目团队工作效率的主要因素。项目沟通效果往往是项目成功的关键所在,因此,项目沟通管理越来越受到项目经理的重视。以项目生命周期的视角,分析项目生命周期与项目团队的关系,进而研究项目不同阶段的项目团队的特点以及沟通模式研究之目的。

Project team is temporary and is affected largely by the outside environment, still the project member is uncertain, all these make the distortion and block of communication and become the key factor of effecting project team＇s efficiency. Results of communication in a project team are key factors and to some extent decide if the project will be a successful one, so project communication is paid much attention. This study is based on the view of project life circle, and aims to analyzed the relations of different stages of project life circle with project team, then study characteristics of different project team stages and then establish project communication mode.
