肺对体内颗粒性物质排除功能的初步观察

Eliminating function of lung to particulate matters from the body

目的探讨肺进入体内粉尘的排除能力。方法采用鼠尾静脉或腹腔注射的方法,将碳粒及台盼蓝注入到大鼠体内。结果携带有染料颗粒的吞噬细胞及游离染料颗粒可经各级小的肺血管进入肺间质,吞噬细胞可再由肺间质进入肺泡。动物肺泡灌洗液内,亦可见到有携带颗粒的吞噬细胞以及游离染料颗粒。结论肺在进入体内的颗粒性物质具有一定的排除能力。

Objective To determine whether rat lung has the capability to eliminate the particles from the body. Methods The carbon particles through the caudal vein and the Typan Blue through abdominal cavity were injected into the rat bodies. Results Observed under the light microscope,we found that phagocytes with the dye particles and free particles through small arteries entered into lung interstitial tissue at first,and then entered into alveoli. At the same time,both of them could be found in alveolar lavage liquid. Conclusion This experiment proves that rat lung has some capability to remove particles from the body.
