摘要
在接种TMV两周后测定了5个抗性不同的番茄品种的PAL、PO和PPO活性,以及过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的变化。结果表明,抗病感病各品种接种TMV后PO、PPO酶活性均比相应健株高,且PO活性的病/健值与抗性成负相关,而PPO活性的病/健值与抗性成正相关;PAL活性变化与抗性无相关性;抗、感品种病株过氧化物酶同工酶都比相应健株酶带多,且抗性品种比健株多出2条酶带,而感病品种只多出1条酶带。
Two weeks after inoculation with TMV,the activities of several enzymes,including PAL,PO and PPO,and changes in peroxidase isozyme patterns in five varieties of tomato with different levels of resistane were analysed.The results show that the level of PO activity in inoculated plants is higher than that in healthy ones,that the more susceptible the variety,the more its change in inoculated plants; that the level of PPO activity in inoculated plants is higher than that in healthy ones;that the more resistant the variety,the more its change in inoculated plants;and that the changes of PAL activites after inoculation are little .In the resistant and susceptible tomato varieties inoculated with TMV there are two bands and one band of isoperoxidase respectively which are more than those in healthy ones.
