生脉注射液治疗老年慢性心功能不全210例疗效观察

Pulse-activating injection for treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency in 210 elderly patients

目的观察生脉注射液对老年慢性心功不全的疗效。方法对比患者使用生脉注射液和丹参注射液后心功能改善情况。结果治疗组110例,总有效率95.5%。对照组100例,总有效率74.0%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论生脉注射液对老年慢性心功能不全的疗效优于传统丹参注射液。

Objective To observe the curative effect of pulse-activating injection on chronic cardiac insufficiency in elderly patients. Methods The heart function improvement situation was compared in 210 elderly patients who were treated by pulse-activatlng injection. Results Among the 110 patients in treatment group, the total effectiveness was 95.5%. There were 100 patients in control group. The total effectiveness was 74.0%. Conclusion Pulse-activating injection is superior to conventional Danshen injection in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency of elderly patients.
