摘要
目的配合临床化疗,研究苦参素升高白细胞的作用。方法将47例乳腺癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组24例,对照组23例。治疗组化疗+苦参素注射液;对照组化疗。结果治疗组白细胞升高。结论苦参素注射液配合治疗,不但白细胞未下降,还有所升高。无不良反应,疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Matrine Injection combining with chemotherapy on leukogenic role. Methods 47 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups ： 24 patients in treatment group receiving Matrine Injection and chemotherapy and 23 in control group receiving chemotherapy only. Results Compared with control group, leukocytes considerably increased in treatment group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Matrine Injection can increase leukocytes effectively. There is no apparent adverse reactions.
