老年人急性上消化道出血92例分析

Clinical study on Acute Upper Gastrointesfinal Hemorrhage among elderly patients in 92 cases

目的分析老年人急性上消化道出血的临床特点。方法对92例老年人上消化道出血患者进行回顾性综合分析,并与90例中青年上消化道出血患者作对照。结果老年人上消化道出血症状不典型,腹痛者少见(占31.5%),且病情重、发展快、伴发症及出血后并发症多、病亡率高。结论抢救危及生命的老年上消化道出血的同时,还要了解患者其他重要器官的功能改变,及时给予相应处理,防止并发症及伴随病的进一步发展、恶化,以减少急性期死亡率,提高生存率。

Objectives： To explore the clinical features of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage among elderly patients. Methods： 92 cases of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage among elderly patients were reviewed to determine the clinical features, and 90 cases of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage among young or middle age patients were taken as controls. Results： The symptom of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage among elderly patients was not typical. Abdominal pain was rare （31% ）,Not only were the patient＇s conditions more serious and readily developed, but also there were more complications and higher death rate. Conclusions： when we were saving the elderly patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage, which endanger their lives, we must be acquainted with the patient＇s other important organ＇s function which had been altered, and give the corresponding treatments in time, in order to prevent the patient＇ s conditions from being worse, avoid the occurrence of complication, reduce the death rate, and enhance the survival rate.
