神经干细胞定向迁移机制研究新进展 被引量：3

New progress in research of the mechanism of directional migration of neural stem cells

摘要 二十世纪九十年代初期，研究者从成年哺乳动物脑组织内分离出能够不断分裂增殖，具有多分化潜能的细胞群落，提出了神经干细胞（neural stem cells，NSCs）的概念。近年来的研究发现，在哺乳动物胚胎发育过程或病理情况下NSCs存在有序的定向迁移过程。NSCs的定向迁移不仅对机体发育具有至关重要的作用，对于中枢神经系统损伤的修复也具有重大意义。在迁移过程中NSCs是如何循着一定的路线，确定路标，顺利到达目的地一直是人们感兴趣的问题。本文就近年来在NSCs定向迁移机制研究中取得的一些进展做一综述。
