医疗设备的管理工作是医院管理工作中一个重要的组成部分。如何加强医疗设备的管理,充分提高医疗设备的利用率及双效益,为医院创造更高的利益,已经成为管理者关心的重要内容。主要阐述了我院医疗设备管理过程中的采购、验收、使用、保养、维护、计量直至最后报废各环节的做法。

Management of medical equipments is one of the most important parts in whole hospital managements. For the manager of the hospital, it has been more and more important content that how to strengthen management, improve the utilization ratio and double profits of medical equipments and make higher benefit for the hospital. This paper mainly introduces several aspects of management of medical equipments in our hospital such as purchase, check in, use, maintenance, metrology and scrapping.
