摘要
目的调查“一对一护理导师制”模式下导师和本科护生对开展护理科研的认识和存在问题。方法设计调查问卷,并对实施“一对一护理导师制”的广州7所教学医院护理导师和本科护生为研究对象进行调查。结果71.1%的本科护生、82.2%的护理导师认为临床护理研究重要,96.7%的学生和43.3%的导师认为本科实习护生开展护理科研存在困难。结论“一对一护理导师制”对培养和提高本科护生科研能力是有效的,但仍存在一些问题和不足需要改进。
Objective To investigate the cognition and existing problems in the nursing scientific research carried out by probationer nurses and their tutors who underwent the"one-to-one tutoring" mode. Methods Tutors and probationer nurses who underwent the "one-to-one tutoring " mode in 7 hospitals of Guangzhou were investigated using questionnaires. Results 71.1% of undergraduate probationer nurses and 82.2% of nursing tutors considered that clinical nursing research is important and 96.7% undergraduate probationer nurses and 43.3% of nursing tutors thought it difficult to carry out scientific nursing research. Conclusion The "one-to-one tutoring "mode proved effective to enhance the scientific ability of undergraduate probationer nurses though it need furhter improvement.
