摘要
探讨护理质量管理中存在的问题,提出改进措施,突出以人为本,使护理质量管理得到持续改进和提高。我院是一所三级甲等医院,近几年来,采用全面质量控制方法,结合ISO9001国际质量标准,对全院护理质量进行监督检查,取得了较好的效果。但在质量控制过程中,仍发现:部分护理人员质量管理理念滞后,参与意识不强;环节质量管理不到位;护理规章制度和流程与病人日益提高的需求相互矛盾;护理质量评价标准仍不能客观全面反映及促进临床护理。针对上述问题我们提出:更新护理管理理念,提高护理人员的参与意识;完善护理质量控制流程,加强环节质量管理;把“以人为本”的服务理念贯穿于护理质量管理过程中;修正护理质量评价标准,注重为病人服务的实效。强调护理质量管理的持续改进是一项系统工程,单位领导的重视、护理人员的编制、后勤支持系统的配合及完善仍是不可忽略的因素。
Discuss some problems in the nursing quality management, suggest counter-measures for improvement, focus on individualized care in order to make continuous improvement in nursing quality management. My hospital is a tertiary hospital. In recent years, using total quality control method together with the ISO9001 quality standard, the hospital has achieved good outcome in nursing quality management. But some phenomena are noticed in the process of quality control. For example, the new concept of nursing quality management is not accetped by some nursing staff, and the full involvement is lacking; Some keycircles of management are not fully implemented; nursing policy and process are unable to meet patients increasing demand; The current standards are still unable to reflect and improve clinical nursing completely and objectively. Toward above problems, we suggest the following counter measures : renew the concept of nursing quality management, increase staff involvement, improve control process, reinforce key link of quality management, implement " individualized care" as an important standard; revise quality assessment standards, strive for effective and efficient patient service. Systematic approach is needed in the process of continuous improvement in nursing quality management. The reinforcement from the leaders, the nursing staffing, the collaboration and improvement of the logistic support system are the key factors influencing the quality management process.
