区别太阳阳明与正阳阳明的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Differentiating "Taiyang Yangming" and "Zhengyang Yangming"

形成阳明病的共同基础是"胃家实","胃家实"而感受寒邪则形成太阳阳明;"胃家实"而感受热邪则形成正阳阳明。"太阳阳明"的实质属于"表里同病",由于"胃家实"的程度不同,感受寒邪以后形成太阳阳明的具体机理可以分四种情况。太阳阳明的治疗应遵循《伤寒论》表里同病时先后缓急的原则区别对待。
