脑主神明论首先由《内经》提出,道家发挥为"脑主元神"。它是人体百神之主,具有统御众神的功能,人体的各种神明活动均由其主宰。文章从脑与脾肾的关系入手,进行文献上的梳理。脾肾为先后天之本,脑与脾肾在生理上息息相关,在病理上相互联系。脏腑不调、影响及脑其中包括肾不藏精,髓不充脑;脾胃素虚,脑失所养;脏腑不调,影响及脑。

The spleen is the ＂ source of postnatal life＂ while the kidney is the ＂foundation of prenatal life＂. Brain and kidney - spleen nourish each other. In the same time, they affected pathologically either. If kidney fails in storing Essence, marrow does not nourish brain; If function of spleen and stomach is weak, Brains nutritive substance will reduces . If function of zang - fu organs dose not play well, does not brain.
