心悸辨证分型及证素分布的文献研究

Literature Research about Typing of Syndrome Differentiation and Distribution of Syndrome Factors of Palpitation

从文献研究的角度,对中医药治疗心悸的有关报道56篇进行分析研究,从文献中筛选出心悸辨证分型中比较公认的证型,再从公认的证型中提取证素,最后把在文献中出现频次较高的证素依据中医理论归纳为临床常见证型,从而探讨心悸的证素分布规律和中医药治疗心悸的证型分类。

Analyze and research on related reports of 56 cases of palpitation treated with Chinese medicine from the angle of literature research, first ,screen some generally acknowledged syndromes from typing of syndrome differentiation of palpition, and then extract syndrome factors from them. Finally,generalize common clinical syndromes from syndromes appearing frequently in the literature according to theories of traditional Chinese medicine,so that explore distribution regularity of syndrome factors of palpitation and syndrome types of palpitation treated with traditional Chinese medicine.
