中医药综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症70例

The Synthesis Therapy of the Chinese Traditional Medicine on 70 Cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:探讨中医药综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:全部病例均符合腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准,并依据中医辨证分型采用中药内服配以中药外敷热疗方法治疗1个疗程(14天)。所有病例均获得随访。结论:中医药综合方法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效手段之一。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the synthesis therapy of the traditional Chinese medicine and herbal drugs on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods ： All cases match the diagnosis standard of the disease lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, According to the Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, adopting the Chinese herbal medicine takes orally and matching with external hot application method to treat 1 course （ 14 days）. All ease of illness obtain the follow - up survey. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese medicine and herbal drugs synthesis therapy is one of the effective methods to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
