This paper presents an intelligent driving system for brushless DC motor by using MCU ST7FMC and its application in electric bicycles. Hardwares and softwares of the system are demonstrated in detail. The system achieves the speed regulation, overcurrent and undervohage protections for storage batteries. The result shows that the performance of the control system works well and satisfies the application requirements of electric bicycles.
