An idea for establishing ＂vehicle valley＂ ： it should be a good habitat of Hi-tech auto industry for China and has globalized, clustered, systemized, individualized and opened feature. No matter what is ＂hardware＂ or ＂software＂ , it will be welcomed if it benefits to promote Hi-tech development of auto industry of China.
