Research on Supply Chain Management Based on Confucianism Perspective

儒家文化作为一种积极入世的文化,对现代企业管理具有极为深刻的影响。供应链管理理论来源于美国,但可以从我国儒家文化中找到相应的思想渊源。"仁者爱人"、"义利合一"、"和为贵"的思想就分别对应着供应链管理理论中"以满足顾客的价值需求为核心"、"强调供应链的社会责任"、"整体协同"的观念。揭示这一内在联系,能进一步丰富供应链理论,有助于实现供应链管理追求整体最优化(和谐态)的目标。

The supply chain management theories come from the United States, but we can find out a homologous origin from the Confucianism. For example, ＂The beneficent persons love others＂,＂ The righteousness and interest always come together＂, and ＂Harmony is the best＂ correspond to ＂the core to satisfy the customers＇ wants and needs＂, ＂much attention to the social responsibility of the supply chain＂and ＂cooperation as a whole＂ respectively. To reveal the connection between them is very helpful to enrich the supply chain theories and to achieve the ultimate aim of supply chain which is the optimization of the whole chain.
