自由与规范的统一不是自然而然就能达致的,我们需要从哲学角度反思二者统一的含义、基础、原则和限度等问题。自由与规范相统一的含义就是二者并非一定要区分出谁先谁后,它们都是服务于人的需要的、相互依存并有着张力的维度。自由与规范相统一的基础在于人存在状态的能在性和共在性。自由与规范相统一的原则是致力于生产与生态、本性与理性、主体我与客体我之间的平衡。自由与规范相统一的限度即避免形式化和僵化问题,把具体的历史条件、艺术创作和私人生活领域中的特殊性收入反思的视野。
