中国新农村先进文化内涵建设是新农村建设的关键,也是社会主义先进文化建设的重要方面和核心内容。探讨新农村先进文化内涵建设的理论基础、指导思想、目标任务、基本要求、策略和措施,对于目前新农村建设具有重要的指导作用和现实意义。
