白细胞介素-1拮抗剂治疗重度角膜烧伤初步疗效观察

Clinical evaluation of the effect of Interleukin-1 receptor antagouist(IL-1ra)on severe burned coruea

目的：观察白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂治疗重度角膜烧伤的效果。方法：采用IL－1ra局部点眼法（50μg／ml），或／和结膜下注射法（100μg／0.1ml）治疗5例（5只眼）。结果：观察2～6个月，所有治疗眼视力均有增进，4只眼治愈遗留瘢痕，1只眼角膜混浊减轻。结论：临床资料显示IL－1ra对眼部炎症可能提供一种新的治疗途径。

To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra ) in patients with severe burned cornea, 5 patients (5 eyes )treated topically either with Il-1ra eye drops (50g/ml ) or/andsubconjunctival injection were observed. In the followup period ranging from 2~6 months,the visual acuitywas increased in all treated eyes,4 eyes healed with aninactive scar and 1 eye improved with reduced cornealopacity. The present clinical data indicates that the IL1ra may offer a novel therapeutic approach to ocularinnammation.
