摘要
分析某工程在竣工后不足5年、恒温环境使用、掺加外加剂的混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀的原因,探讨混凝土结构的设计依据、混凝土组成材料、氯离子含量的限值、混凝土结构的施工质量及使用环境等对钢筋锈蚀产生的影响,强调应实施混凝土的耐久性设计、控制原材料质量、施工质量、混凝土结构的防护质量等全过程质量控制。
The reason of rebar corrosion in concrete structure with admixture at constant temperature service condition is analyzed for a project less than 5 years after its completion. Probe into some factors worked on corrosion of rebar in concrete with admixture such as designing regulations of concrete structure,concrete constitution, limit value of chloride ion content,construction quality of concrete structure,circumstance condition in service and so on,full course quality control is emphasized on designing quality of concrete durability,quality of raw materials and construction,and protection quality of concrete structure,etc.
