欧美国家服务行业发展趋势的实证分析及其启示 被引量：2

摘要 通过欧美国家服务行业产出比重模型归结出服务业的发展趋势:随着人均收入水平提升,促进社会分工深化与经济运行效率提高的金融保险、商务服务等新兴服务行业以及旨在提升人们生活质量与身心素质的房地产、教育医疗等服务行业发展较快,占GDP的比重呈现上升趋势;商业、运输仓储等传统服务行业以及不包含公共教育医疗服务的政府部门发展放缓,占GDP的比重在达到饱和点之后保持稳定。
