肠内外营养支持在老年重症胰腺炎治疗中的应用

The role of nutritional support treatment in patients of elderly severe pancreatitis

目的：研究营养支持对老年重症胰腺炎的治疗作用。方法：选择２５例术后老年重症胰腺炎患者随机分成传统补液组（对照组）和肠内外营养支持组（治疗组），观察病死率和疗效。结果：①病死率对照组为６６．６７％，治疗组为２５．００％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。②２组死亡病例术后平均存活时间对照组为（３．３３±２．３４）天，治疗组为（１６．７５±９．９２）天，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。③２组严重并发症发生率比较无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：营养支持可降低老年重症胰腺炎的病死率，延长死亡病例术后伴严重并发症的存活时间，为进一步救治提供了时间和机会。

Objective:In order to study the role of nutritional support treatment in patients of elderly severe pancreatitis.Methods:Clinical analysis of elderly severe pancreatitis in 25 cases were included in this study.All of the cases were divided into conventional intravenous infusion group (control group) and nutritional support group (treatment group) in order to analyse the mortality and the curative effect.Results:(1)The mortality of treatment group (25 00%) was lower than that of control group (66 67%) ( P <0 05).(2)In death case,the average survival period of treatment group (16 75±9 92 days) is longer than that of control group (3 33±2 34 days) after operation ( P <0 05).(3)There was no obvious difference of the occurence rates of complications between two groups.Conclusions:Nutritional support may lower mortality of elderly severe pancreatitis,prolong the survival period of death cases with severe complications and provide time and chance for secondary treatment.
