摘要
目的了解目前军队大型教学医院护士长的综合素质。方法制订护士长满意度调查表,采用同行问卷调查的方法,分析不满意的一级、二级指标分布情况。结果科室护士长的总体满意率达到96.48%,评为不满意的一级指标顺序为能、德、才、绩,二级指标顺序为创新能力、操作技能、管理能力、教学能力。结论护士长满意度调查表客观反映了目前护士长的综合素质,新形势下的医院发展对护士长的创新能力、操作技能、管理能力提出了更高要求。
Objective To analyze the working capability of head nurse in our military teching hospital. Methods Satisfaction degree charts were performed to know about the working capability of head nurse by questionnaire. The distribution of first and second grade indexes meaning dissatisfaction was analyzed respectively. Results The summed satisfaction degree of head nurses was up to 96.48 %. The first index order in turn, which meant dissatisfaction, was ability, moral character, knowledge and production, the second indexes meaning dissatisfaction were innovation, clinical operation, administration and teaching. Conclusion Satisfaction degree charts can help us to understand the head nurses' working capability. Head nurses should make improvement in innovation, clinical operation and administration ability.
