目的提高妇产科临床实习带教的质量。方法临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段,在临床实习教学中存在许多问题。结果根据实习带教中存在的问题,我们提出了一些思考与建议。结论提高教员的临床教学能力,注重对学员临床学习兴趣的培养。

Objective To raise the quality of clinical practice teaching in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The clinical practice is a crucial stage in higher medical education. There are quite a few existing problems in clinical practice teaching. Results The problems were found and explorated. The advices were provided. Conclusion It is very needed to improve clinical teaching ability. The medical student＇s learing interest should be developed.
