随着医疗卫生事业的发展和人事制度改革的深入进行,如何适应并推动医院的改革与发展,已成为人事管理部门的一项重要课题。本文从树立观念、转变职能、建立规划、强化管理等方面,分析阐述了人事工作如何从传统的管理理念、管理方法实行全方位的改革与创新,构建新的人力资源管理机制,培养德才兼备的卫生人才,实现医院的可持续健康发展。

Along with the development of medical and health services and the reformation of perssonel system have processed deeply,how to promote the reformation and the development of the hospital has become an important task for the human resource department. The human resource work are analysed and expatiated through such aspects： establishing conception, changing the funct ion,establishing the layout, strengthen the management. The purpose is to establish a new huanm resource system,practice a effective reformation,train the heatlhy talents with both abillity and moral integrity and o realize the hospital＇s lasting development.
