摘要 首先分析我国高压直流输电系统在电网结构、管理体系和设备基础等方面的现状,对我国实施高压直流集中控制的自动化管理方案、控制体系结构规划,技术可行性、技术经济比较和未来发展等诸多问题进行探讨,研究认为:在我国具备实施高压直流集中控制的条件,实施高压直流集中控制在技术上是可行的,但需要对设计与实施进一步研究。适当实施直流集中控制后,电网企业将在多方面取得效益,并将为实施直流高级辅助控制策略,进一步充分发挥直流系统在提高电网安全稳定性能方面的作用奠定基础。 In this paper firstly the present situation of HVDC power transmission systems in China is analyzed; then the problems such as implementation of automatic management scheme for centralized control of HVDC, structural planning of control system, its technical and economical feasibility, and future development are researched. Research results show that there are conditions for the implementation of centralized control of HVDC, and it is feasible in technology, the further research on its design and implementation is necessary as well. With appropriate centralized control of HVDC, power grid enterprises can obtain benefits in many aspects; lay the foundation for the implementation of advanced auxiliary control strategy; and further give full play of HVDC in the improvement of power grid security and stability.
