预构皮瓣是皮瓣外科发展过程中的一个重要组成部分,在过去的30多年时间里,预构皮瓣的发展由最初的理论提出到动物实验,再到应用于临床修复组织毁损性损伤,预构皮瓣类型由最初的血管植入,发展为异体组织,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。目前预构皮瓣仍还有待完善,尽可能以最少的供区破坏获得最佳的受区修复将是该领域以后发展的方向。
