摘要
为准确评估精子功能与潜在受精能力，采用精子低渗处理，ＨＥ染色和常规精液分析方法，对５０例健康青年（生育组）和５０例患不育症（不育组）的精子膜功能对照比较。结果发现精子膜膨胀分１０型，其中Ｂ、Ｄ、Ｅ型为优质精子，其它类型为劣质精子；生育组精子膜膨胀率明显大于不育组精子膜膨胀率（Ｐ＜００１）；精子膜功能与精子活率、活动力密切相关，精子膜膨胀率越高，其活率与活动力也高。认为精子膜膨胀测定并用ＨＥ染色，是一种简便评估精子功能的好办法。
In this article,the function of sperm membrane has been analysized and evaluated among 100 men(among them 50% are fertile and 50% are not)by use of hypotonic technology and routine spemen analysis method.The result shows that the type of sperm membrane's expansion can be divided into 10 types,among which the type B.D.E belongs to excellent spermatozoon and the others belong to inferior ones.The expansive rate of the sperm membrane of the men who are fertile is higher than those who are not( P <0 01). Sperm membrane's function has close relation with spermatozoon's activity and living rate: the higher the sperm membrane's expansion is,the higher its activity and living rate are.
